EMPLOYMENT

The majority of our staff are seasonal, working from April through to November. Many of them are students from abroad from countries such as Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Poland. They come to this country  through Concordia to learn about farming in the UK. Some of the staff from EU countries come for six months, but decide to stay for longer. Many of them live in static caravans which are situated on site.
